Chrysocolla can be found in copper deposits all around the world. The most notable Chrysocolla sources include Israel, the Congo, Chile, England, Kolwezi, Katanga, Mexico, Peru, Russia, and last but not least, the USA.  Chrysocolla ranges from light green to deep blue, and is often found in association with Malachite and also Azurite. In addition, some Chrysocolla contains Cuprite.
